All items are handcrafted by me in my own workshop. Sometimes I have reserve stock, but most items are made as they are ordered. Please allow 3-6 weeks for your item to be shipped, however many times it will ship sooner. Please contact me for details about shelves and furniture pieces. Every effort will be made to get your order out in a timely manner, however, depending on my work load, (where are elves when you need them?) there could be delays. If your order is going to take longer, you will be notified and given the option to cancel your order. Orders are filled in the order they were received, so please get your order in early for Christmas and holiday orders. There will be a cutoff date for orders to be done in time for Christmas.
Our shopping cart is very easy to use...just click on the
different choices you have at each item, then hit add, then you can go over your order by clicking on the
view cart button. When done ordering you can either use the secure online
ordering with your credit card (Mastercard, VISA & Discover through PAYPAL
only) or print out your order and
mail it with your

Shipping Information as follows:
We use UPS and USPS for shipping,
which ever is cheaper, however,
due to the weight and size of
signs and shelves, shipping
charges will be calculated once
item is packaged for shipment.
In some instances (4' signs or
large square ones) an oversize
charge may be required. A Pay
Pal request for shipping charges
will be sent once item is
packaged and ready for shipment.

Refunds and exchanges
All items are made to look old and very primitive. That is my style. Signs may have cracks, rough patches or knots in the wood and are very distressed. To someone without a “primitive” eye, these may appear to be damaged, but they are made to look that way. Please choose your colors carefully, I will not be responsible for color combos that don’t “work”. I have tried many (and had more than my share of “busts“), so if you have any questions, please feel free to call or email me. Please notify me immediately if damage occurs in shipping and save all packaging material. Refunds/exchanges are handled on an individual basis and will not include shipping charges. Please call or email me if you have a problem with your order.
